本项目是基于沥青路面铣刨料精细分离技术而研发的一项新的厂拌热再生技术。为了从源头解决现阶段厂拌热再生沥青混合料因为RAP变异性大引起的施工稳定性差等问题,使RAP旧料达到精细分离,项目以RAP旧料的精细分离技术及配套设备研制为基础,研发出了具有高效活化与扩散融合特性的再生温拌剂,实现了高掺量厂拌热再生沥青混合料的性能恢复。此外,通过对厂拌热再生设备进行优化,使再生沥青混合料的高、低温性能达到新沥青混合料标准,将RAP掺量的利用率提升至 70%以上,可在高速公路、高等级公路的沥青路面面层新建及养护工程中实现资源的高效再生和循环利用,达到了节约自然资源和能源、减少环境污染的效果。
Complete Set of Technology for Fine Separation and Recycling of Asphalt Pavement Solid Waste
This project is based on the asphalt pavement milling material fine separation technology and research and development of a new plant mix hot regeneration technology.In order to solve the problems such as poor construction stability caused by high RAP variability at the current stage of plant mix hot recycled asphalt mixture at the source,so that RAP used materials can achieve fine separation,the project has developed a regenerative warm mix agent with high efficiency activation and diffusion fusion characteristics based on the fine separation technology of RAP used materials and the development of supporting equipment.The performance recovery of high content plant mix hot recycled asphalt mixture was realized.In addition,the high and low temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture meets the standard of new asphalt mixture,and the utilization rate of RAP content is increased to more than 70%,which can realize the efficient regeneration and recycling of resources in the construction and maintenance of asphalt pavement layer of expressways and high-grade highways.It has achieved the effect of saving natural resources and energy and reducing environmental pollution.
