钢渣全粒度道路梯级化应用关键技术

作为路面集料,钢渣表面粗糙且多孔,具有良好的黏附性,可有效提高抗压强度、耐久性和抗滑性能、热稳定性和水稳定性。作为路面基层集料,其强度和变形能力可减少干缩应变和温缩应变,有利于提高抗裂性能,使道路路用性能大幅度提升。基于钢渣集料特性,该项目利用5~15 mm粒径代替沥青面层碎石,建立了沥青浸渍法的钢渣有效相对密度测定方法,提出了适用于钢渣混合料配合比设计的体积-质量换算方法;基于钢渣水化膨胀特点,利用0~5 mm粒径钢渣代替基层碎石,建立了钢渣集料体积安定性评价方法,提出了悬浮密实级配设计方法;基于胶凝反应,添加粉煤灰建立了钢渣不均匀膨胀抑制技术。将钢渣分级应用于路面面层、基层材料中,能够全粒径、规模化利用钢渣,可有效缓解钢渣堆存困难、优质碎石集料短缺等问题,并降低公路工程造价,提升工程质量。
Key Technology of Steel Slag Full Granularity Road Cascade Application
As a pavement aggregate,steel slag has a rough and porous surface,and has good adhesion,which can effectively improve the compressive strength,durability and skid resistance,thermal stability and water stability.As pavement base aggregate,its strength and deformation ability can reduce the dry shrinkage strain and temperature shrinkage strain,which is conducive to improving the crack resistance and greatly improving the road performance.Based on the characteristics of steel slag aggregate,a method for determining the effective relative density of steel slag by asphalt impregnation method was established by replacing the asphalt gravel with a particle size of 5~15 mm in this project.A volume-mass conversion method suitable for the design of the mix ratio of steel slag was proposed.Based on the hydration expansion characteristics of steel slag,the evaluation method of the volume stability of steel slag aggregate was established by replacing the base stone with steel slag with the particle size of 0~5 mm,and the suspension dense gradation design method was proposed.Based on gelling reaction,the non-uniform expansion inhibition technology of steel slag was established by adding fly ash.The application of steel slag classification to the pavement surface and base material can make full particle size and large-scale use of steel slag,which can effectively alleviate the problems of steel slag accumulation and the shortage of high-quality gravel aggregate,reduce the cost of highway engineering and improve the quality of engineering.
