本项目围绕创新碳化稳定工艺、增强钢渣材料性质和微波加热自愈修复等核心技术,利用工业烟气中的低浓度CO2,开发钢渣常压碳化稳定工艺技术,制备高品质钢渣骨料,构建了钢渣在沥青路面的低碳高值化利用技术体系,解决了钢渣应用等级低、掺量少和附加值低的难题,并提出钢渣沥青混合料微波加热裂缝自愈理论,研制非均质微波敏感复合掺合料,实现了裂缝病害的前瞻性预防和主动修复。
Utilization Technology and Engineering Application of Steel Slag in Low Carbon and High Value Asphalt Pavement
Centering on core technologies such as innovative carbonization stabilization process,enhancement of steel slag material properties and self-healing by microwave heating,this project uses low concentration CO2 in industrial flue gas to develop atmospheric pressure carbonization stabilization process technology of steel slag,prepare high-quality steel slag aggregate,and build a low-carbon and high-value utilization technology system of steel slag on asphalt pavement.The problems of low grade,low dosage and low added value of steel slag were solved,and the theory of microwave-heated crack self-healing of steel slag asphalt mixture was put forward,and heterogeneous microwave-sensitive composite admixture was developed to realize the prospective prevention and active repair of crack diseases.
