混凝土结构物高值化再生利用关键技术研究

根据高速公路结构物混凝土设计强度等级与服役期强度残余情况,项目结合室内试验对再生集料密度、压碎值、吸水性、砂浆附着情况以及氯离子含量的测试结果,对大块混凝土有效破碎与再生集料优质整形、黏附砂浆快速剥离系统化装备开发,进行再生集料分级标准研究。结果可对公路工程再生集料可进行合理分级,并对再生粉体材料在进行活化的基础上,研究其作为替代粉煤灰的材料在泡沫轻质土中的应用技术。
Research on Key Technologies of High Value Recycling of Concrete Structures
According to the design strength grade of highway structural concrete and the strength residual during service period,the project combined with the test results of reclaimed aggregate density,crushing value,water absorption,mortar adhesion and chloride ion content in laboratory tests to develop systematic equipment for effective crushing of bulk concrete,high-quality shaping of reclaimed aggregate and rapid stripping of adhesive mortar.The classification standard of recycled aggregate was studied.Results The reclaimed aggregate of highway engineering can be classified reasonably,and the application technology of reclaimed powder material as a substitute for fly ash in foamed light soil is studied on the basis of activation.
