流态粉煤灰桥涵台背回填关键技术

流态粉煤灰是一种由粉煤灰、水泥或固废基胶凝材料、外加剂、水等按一定比例掺配形成的流态混合料,具有自重轻、密实性好,强度高等优势。该技术围绕工业固废粉煤灰及全固废胶凝材料在结构物台背工程中的应用,基于全固废胶凝材料-粉煤灰等细集料,开发流态粉煤灰耐久性调控技术,提出桥涵台背回填技术的流态粉煤灰配合比,经拌和站集中拌和后,现场清理基坑、压实原地面,填筑包边土、台前土、锥坡土,然后刷坡、路基接茬开挖台阶并压实,再浇注流态粉煤灰,最后施工搭板下过渡层。用于桥涵台背回填,可大大减少台背对桥台的侧压力,有效解决因不均匀沉降导致的桥头跳车问题,同时实现粉煤灰等固废的资源化低碳利用。
Key Technology of Flow Fly Ash Backfilling of Bridge and Culvert Platform
Fluid fly ash is a kind of fluid mixture formed by mixing fly ash,cement or solid waste base cementing material,admixture and water in a certain proportion.It has the advantages of light weight,good compactness and high strength.This technology focuses on the application of industrial solid waste fly ash and whole solid waste cementing material in the structure platform back project,based on the whole solid waste cementing material-and other fine aggregates,develops the durability control technology of fluidized fly ash,and proposes the mix ratio of fluidized fly ash for the backfilling technology of bridge and culture-platform.After the mixing station is mixed intensively,the foundation pit is cleaned on site and the original ground is compacted.The edge soil,the front soil,and the cone slope soil are filled,and then the slope is brushed,the subgrade is excavated and compacted,and the flowing fly ash is poured,and the transition layer under the slab is constructed.It can greatly reduce the side pressure of the back of the bridge and culvert,effectively solve the problem of bridge head jumping caused by uneven settlement,and realize the resource and low-carbon utilization of solid waste such as fly ash.
