盾构同步注浆的作用是较快速度地填充、固结盾构管片与掘进断面之间的空间。本项目对盾构传统单液注浆进行技术升级:利用大直径盾构机内部空间,优化盾构机空间设计,改变将浆液拌合站设置在地面这一习惯做法,研制了"制-注"一体化系统配置在盾构机台车上,使浆液输送距离为"零",增加双液注浆管可清洗功能,并开发监控系统,该系统使浆液制备、储存、注入实现自动化,精准控制双液配合比。该技术的使用,取消了浆液地面搅拌站及洞内浆液的车辆运输,有效地解决了城市密集区域地面拌和站用地、扰民、环保等问题,具有较好的环保及社会效益。
High Efficiency and Low Carbon Grouting Technology of Large Diameter Shield
The function of synchronous grouting of shield is to fill and consolidate the space between the shield segment and the excavation section at a faster rate.This project upgrades the technology of traditional single-liquid grouting of shield tunneling:By making use of the internal space of the large-diameter shield machine,the space design of the shield machine is optimized,the habit of setting the slurry mixing station on the ground is changed,and the integrated system of"making-injection"is developed and configured on the shield machine platform car,so that the slurry conveying distance is"zero",the cleaning function of the double-liquid grouting pipe is added,and a monitoring system is developed,which enables the slurry preparation,storage and injection to be automatic.Precise control of double liquid mix ratio.The use of this technology eliminates the vehicle transportation of slurry ground mixing station and slurry in the tunnel,effectively solves the problems of land use,disturbance and environmental protection of the ground mixing station in dense areas of the city,and has better environmental protection and social benefits.
