该项目围绕港口行业绿色港口建设、双碳行动及目标的战略需求,研究开发了天津港能源管理层和使用层两级管理权限,并具备港口用能数据和生产业务数据等多要素数据融合分析的港口能源与碳排放综合管控平台,实现了天津港能耗和碳排放数据的在线采集、综合分析及体系管控。研究成果可有效提升港口能源和碳排放管理的精细化水平和智能化水平,为能源结构的调整和能源消耗的日常调度、管理提供决策参考依据,为绿色港口建设、节能降碳工作开展以及双碳行动目标的实现提供全面的数据支撑,有力推动了港口的绿色低碳发展。
Port Energy and Carbon Management System Technology
Focusing on the strategic needs of green port construction,dual carbon action and target of the port industry,the project has researched and developed the two-level management authority of Tianjin Port energy management and user level,and has integrated port energy and carbon emission control platform with multi-factor data fusion analysis such as port energy consumption data and production business data.It has realized online collection,comprehensive analysis and system control of energy consumption and carbon emission data of Tianjin Port.The research results can effectively improve the refined and intelligent level of port energy and carbon emission management,provide decision-making reference for the adjustment of energy structure and the daily scheduling and management of energy consumption,provide comprehensive data support for the construction of green ports,the implementation of energy conservation and carbon reduction work,and the realization of dual-carbon action goals,and effectively promote the green and low-carbon development of ports.
