为解决传统内燃堆高机能源效率低、排放污染重、运行和维护成本高的现实情况,该项目通过对以往集装箱堆高机的易发故障及可靠性进行分析,提出了对燃油堆高机的优化改进策略,用电机替代原有发动机,实现了堆高机的电动化作业。改造后,电动堆高机的响应速度明显比内燃机快,起升速度也更均匀,操作更加柔和。从测试数据来看,纯电动堆高机技术各项性能全面优于内燃堆高机。目前第三代堆高机改造后,持续扩大电池容量,采用带势能回收的多电机,实现全面换电和自动插拔电,续航能力达到了 11 小时。
Mechanical and Electrical Transformation Technology of High Stack
In order to solve the problems of low energy efficiency,heavy emission pollution and high operation and maintenance cost of traditional internal combustion stackers,this project proposed the optimization and improvement strategy of fuel oil stackers by analyzing the frequent failure and reliability of previous container stackers,and replaced the original engine with an electric motor to realize the electrification operation of the stackers.After the transformation,the response speed of the electric stacker is significantly faster than that of the internal combustion engine,the lifting speed is more uniform,and the operation is softer.From the test data,the performance of pure electric stacker technology is better than that of internal combustion stacker.At present,after the transformation of the third-generation stacker,the battery capacity continues to expand,and the multi-motor with potential energy recovery is used to achieve comprehensive power change and automatic plugging and unplugging,and the battery life reaches 11 hours.
