干散货码头全流程自动化及智能管控关键技术研究与应用

干散货码头作为港口装卸的主力军,设备种类多、业务流程复杂,数字化转型难度极大。本项目以大数据思维整合各类要素,研发包含智慧调度、智慧库场、设备控制等系统的干散货码头全过程智慧管理平台,实现资源的合理调配,提高作业效率和资源利用率;突破干散货设备自动化关键技术,完成 9 大机种、25台港口机械和 87 条皮带的自动化改造,自主构建了基于数据驱动的干散货码头设备协同新模式,实现了码头生产流程的自动化及多种设备的协同管控新模式;研制了基于人工智能技术的船舶和火车车厢自动清扫设备,实现了流动机械远程自动化清舱作业和火车车厢自动清扫及余料收集,打造了智能绿色干散货码头;研发了皮带智能巡检系统,实现 60 公里长的全部皮带无人智能巡检,提高了码头安全保障能力。
Research and Application of Key Technologies of Whole Process Automation and Intelligent Control in Dry Bulk Cargo Terminal
As the main force of port loading and unloading,dry bulk cargo terminal has many kinds of equipment,complex business processes,and great difficulty in digital transformation.This project integrates various elements with big data thinking,and develops the whole process intelligent management platform of dry bulk cargo terminal,which includes intelligent scheduling,intelligent warehouse field,equipment control system,etc.,to achieve reasonable allocation of resources and improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.Break through the key technology of automation of dry bulk equipment,complete the automatic transformation of 9 types of machinery,25 sets of port machinery and 87 belts,independently build a new data-driven cooperation model of dry bulk terminal equipment,and realize the automation of terminal production process and a new mode of collaborative control of various equipment;Artificial intelligence-based automatic cleaning equipment for ships and railway carriages has been developed,remote automatic cleaning of mobile machinery and automatic cleaning of railway carriages and collection of residual materials have been realized,and an intelligent green dry bulk cargo terminal has been built.The intelligent inspection system of the belt has been developed to realize the unmanned intelligent inspection of all belts 60 kilometers long,and improve the security guarantee ability of the dock.
