针对长江上游三峡库区的港口码头水位差大、水位变幅高、水位涨落迅猛等特点,该项目系统地研究了大水位差码头船用岸电系统关键技术问题,结合大水位差码头船用岸电的特点,根据现有相关标准,研究提出了符合大水位差码头船用岸电系统的标准化接口,以及岸电系统传输安全的关键因素,如供电系统的接地形式,负荷变化导致的岸电系统电压不稳定、断路、短路、漏电、缺相、雷击、水位变化的检测系统等.
Research on Key Technology of Marine Shore Power System in Large Water Level Difference Wharf
In view of the characteristics of large water level difference,high water level variation,rapid water level fluctuation and other characteristics of port terminals in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,the project systematically studied the key technical problems of Marine shore power system of wharfs with large water level difference,combined with the characteristics of Marine shore power of wharfs with large water level difference,and proposed a standardized interface for Marine shore power system of wharfs with large water level difference according to existing relevant standards.And the key factors of the transmission safety of the shore power system,such as the grounding form of the power supply system,the voltage instability of the shore power system caused by the load change,circuit break,short circuit,leakage,phase loss,lightning strike,water level change detection system,etc.
