该技术通过多维度云监测智能分析溯源港口内起尘位置,智能判断、智能推送抑尘联动控制策略,实现污染预警、智能辅助决策和精准定向抑尘的目标;通过自主研发的堆垛表面含水率快速智能测试装备,实时反映场内不同区域堆垛物料含水率情况,基于含水率控制策略,可提高喷洒水量的精准性,维持堆垛一直处于含水率适中和起尘量较低的平衡状态;通过多个作业流程智能洒水抑尘联动协同控制,实现全作业流程粉尘控制的一体化和数字化;集成5G、大数据、人工智能、北斗空间地理信息等技术,建立了具备粉尘浓度实时分析与预测预警和智能洒水抑尘联动控制等功能的系统,提高抑尘效率的同时提高抑尘用水的使用率,减少港口水资源消耗,构建了煤炭矿石码头"主动抑尘+智慧决策+绿色低碳"的粉尘控制新模式。
Intelligent Water Sprinkling and Dust Suppression Linkage Control Technology of Coal Ore Wharf
The technology uses multi-dimensional cloud monitoring and intelligent analysis to trace the dust location in the port,intelligent judgment and intelligent push the dust suppression joint control strategy,and realizes the goals of pollution early warning,intelligent assisted decision-making and accurate and directional dust suppression.The self-developed fast and intelligent test equipment for the water content of stacking surface reflects the water content of stacking materials in different areas of the site in real time.Based on the water content control strategy,the accuracy of spraying water can be improved to maintain the balance state of moderate water content and low dust collection.The integration and digitalization of dust control in the whole operation process are realized through the intelligent sprinkler and dust suppression linkage and collaborative control in multiple operation processes.Integrating 5G,big data,artificial intelligence,Beidou spatial geographic information and other technologies,it has established a system with the functions of real-time analysis and prediction of dust concentration and intelligent sprinkling and dust suppression linkage control,improving dust suppression efficiency while improving the utilization rate of dust suppression water and reducing port water resource consumption.A new dust control model of"active dust suppression,intelligent decision-making,green and low carbon"in coal and ore terminals is constructed.
