为解决大城市校园周边拥堵问题及传统校车运行过程中带来的燃料消耗和排放问题,本项目基于能量流整车经济性优化策略分析,采用分布式驱动和整车热管理等先进节能技术,研发了纯电动通学公交车产品,并设计合理通学公交线路,使校车的整车电耗较其他纯电动公交降低。同时采用先进的结构安全和电安全技术,在结构上使用高强钢封闭环结构安全技术,满足整车前部碰撞、后部碰撞、上部结构强度、动力电池侧碰、整车电安全等安全技术要求,且车辆安装多种主动及被动安全装置,在安全及环保上优于传统校车,节碳效果明显。
Pure Electric Bus Demonstration Operation Application Technology
In order to solve the problem of congestion around campus in big cities and fuel consumption and emission problems caused by the operation of traditional school buses,based on the analysis of energy flow vehicle economy optimization strategy,this project adopts advanced energy-saving technologies such as distributed drive and vehicle thermal management to develop pure electric bus products and design reasonable bus routes.The vehicle power consumption of the school bus is lower than that of other pure electric buses.At the same time,the advanced structural safety and electrical safety technology,the use of steel closed ring structure safety technology in the structure,to meet the vehicle front collision,rear collision,superstructure strength,power battery side collision,vehicle electrical safety and other safety technical requirements,and the vehicle installed a variety of active and passive safety devices,safety and environmental protection is better than the traditional school bus,carbon saving effect is obvious.
