面向节能低碳的船舶精准乘潮交通组织优化技术

该技术旨在应对航运业的能源浪费和环境影响问题,实现港口和船舶运营的智能化和高效化。技术设定的主要目标包括提高大型船舶乘潮窗口期准确性,优化船舶交通组织,减少能源消耗和碳排放。项目开展了超长航道地理环境对潮汐变化和船舶行为的影响机理的深入研究,提出了船舶乘潮窗口期精准预测方法。在船舶交通组织方面,融合航行规则和船舶行为特征,提出了交通冲突消解方法,并优化了船舶的通航模式,构建了绿色港航智慧综合决策系统。随着大型船舶载货量的增加,减少了单位货物的燃料消耗,同时加快了港口的装卸效率和船舶周转,实现了绿色低碳节能。此外,本项目成果减少了使用传统乘潮方式的疏浚量,直接减少了疏浚的碳排放。
Optimization Technology of Precise Tide Riding Traffic Organization for Energy-saving and Low-carbon Ships
This technology aims to deal with the problems of energy waste and environmental impact in the shipping industry,and achieve intelligent and efficient port and ship operations.The main objectives of the technology set include improving the accuracy of the tide riding window for large ships,optimizing the organization of ship traffic,and reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.The project has carried out in-depth research on the influence mechanism of geographical environment of ultra-long waterway on tidal changes and ship behavior,and proposed an accurate prediction method for ship's tidal window period.In the aspect of ship traffic organization,combining navigation rules and ship behavior characteristics,the traffic conflict resolution method is proposed,and the navigation mode of ships is optimized,and the green port and navigation intelligent comprehensive decision system is constructed.With the increase in the cargo capacity of large ships,the fuel consumption per unit of cargo is reduced,while the loading and unloading efficiency of the port and the turnover of ships are accelerated,and green,low-carbon and energy saving are realized.In addition,the results of the project reduce the amount of dredging using traditional tide riding methods and directly reduce the carbon emissions of dredging.
