铁路绿色施工环境保护综合评价研究

本研究聚焦于铁路绿色施工环境保护的综合评价,以柳梧铁路 6 标段为案例,构建了包含生态保护、污染控制、资源利用、施工安全及管理措施等多维度的评价指标体系。通过层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法,对五个施工段进行了量化评估。结果显示,各施工段在绿色施工中的表现存在显著差异,具体得分为:第一个施工段 0。856,第二个施工段 0。842,第三个施工段 0。874,第四个施工段 0。910(表现最优),第五个施工段 0。854。其中,第四个施工段在所有指标上均表现优异,而第二个施工段在弃土和废水处理方面存在不足。基于此,提出了加强环保监测、优化施工工艺、提升资源利用效率、强化雨季施工应急预案及加强废弃物管理等对策建议,以进一步提升柳梧铁路 6 标段的绿色施工水平。
Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Environmental Protection in Railway Green Construction
This study focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of environmental protection in railway green construction,taking Liuwu railway section 6 as an example,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system including ecological protection,pollution control,resource utilization,construction safety and management measures is constructed.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,five construction sections were quantitatively evaluated.The results show that there are significant differences in the performance of each construction section in green construction.The concrete scores are:0.856 for the first construction section,0.842 for the second construction section,0.874 for the third construction section,the fourth construction section 0.910(the best performance),the fifth construction section 0.854.Among them,the fourth construction section in all indicators are excellent performance,and the second construction section in the disposal of soil and wastewater treatment deficiencies.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening environmental monitoring,optimizing construction technology,improving resource utilization efficiency,strengthening construction emergency plan in rainy season and strengthening waste management,etc.,to further enhance the green construction level of Liuwu railway section 6.
