基于物联网的铁路梁板运输架设安全保障技术研究

随着铁路建设规模扩大,梁板生产向产业化布局转变,柳梧铁路 5 标LWZQ-5 标制梁场作为全线最大梁场,采用智慧生产线高效预制T梁。然而,尽管预制环节信息化技术相对成熟,梁板运输与架设环节仍面临安全隐患多、管理信息化不足、成本高及效率低等问题。本文旨在探讨基于物联网的铁路梁板运输架设安全保障技术,通过全面监测与数据反馈,提升运输及架设过程的安全性、稳定性,促进铁路建设的高效与安全发展,具有重要的社会经济效益。
Research on the Safety Guarantee Technology of Railway Beam-slab Transportation and Erection Based on Internet of Things
With the expansion of railway construction,the production of beam and plate to the industrial layout change,Liuwu Railway Lwzq-5 standard beam field as the largest beam field,the use of intelligent production line high-efficient precast t-beam.However,despite the relative maturity of information technology in prefabrication,the transportation and erection of beams and slabs are still faced with many problems,such as security risks,lack of management information,high cost and low efficiency.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the safety assurance technology of railway beam-slab transportation and erection based on Internet of things,and to improve the safety and stability of transportation and erection process through overall monitoring and data feedback,to promote the efficient and safe development of railway construction has important social and economic benefits.
