GIS与物联网融合在铁路项目施工安全环保监管中的实践研究

针对工程项目建设管理中传统安全环保监察手段工作效率低、检查准确度不高、应急处置不及时、数据持续利用的价值难以充分发挥等问题,设计研发了基于GIS与物联网技术的铁路项目建设现场施工安全环保主动监察系统。该系统主要由监察平台、穿戴式设备、督查App三个部分组成,以柳梧铁路LWZQ-8 标段工程项目为实施点,验证了监察系统在提质降本增效方面的实用性和有效性,提高了铁路工程项目施工安全监控管理的精细化和科学化水平。
Practical Study on the Integration of GIS and IoT in Safety Supervision of Railway Construction Projects
In view of the problems of low efficiency,low accuracy,untimely emergency disposal and insufficient value of data continuous utilization in the traditional safety and environmental protection patrol work in the construction management of engineering projects,an active inspection system of safety and environmental protection for railway construction site based on geographic information system(GIS)and Internet of things(IoT)is designed and developed.The system is mainly composed of three parts:supervision platform,wearable device and intelligent mobile terminal App.The project of Lwzq-8 section of Liuwu railway is the implementation point,the practicability and effectiveness of the inspection system in improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency are verified,and the level of fine and scientific safety monitoring and management of railway engineering project is improved.
