基于层次分析法的铁路建设涉路施工安全风险分析与对策研究

随着铁路网络不断扩展,铁路上跨道路施工的安全性成为一个关键工程问题.本研究基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),系统地识别、评估并排序了铁路上跨道路施工中各类安全风险因素,旨在为施工安全管理提供科学决策依据.通过构建层次结构模型和判断矩阵,量化了各风险因素的相对重要性,并通过一致性检验确保结果可靠性.研究结果表明,结构风险和交通风险是最为关键的安全因素,须优先关注和管理.研究还提出了针对性风险防控措施,包括加强设计审查、优化施工监测和完善应急预案等,以降低施工过程中潜在的安全隐患.
Safety Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Railway Construction Road Safety Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process
With the continuous expansion of the railway network,the safety of cross-road construction on the railway has become a key engineering problem.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper systematically identifies,evaluates and sorts the various safety risk factors in the cross-road construction on the railway in order to provide scientific decision-making basis for the construction safety management.By constructing hierarchical model and judgment matrix,the relative importance of risk factors is quantified,and the reliability of the results is ensured by consistency test.The results show that structural risk and traffic risk are the major critical safety factors,which should be given priority attention.In order to reduce the potential safety hazard in construction process,the study also puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and control measures,including strengthening the design review,optimizing the construction monitoring and perfecting the emergency plan.
