The paper first reviews the current status and demands of the construction of editorial teams in the digital transformation process of publishing in the new era.According to the TPACK knowledge and ability framework of teachers in the digital age,an ability-literacy model for the editor is further proposed,which includes a core,three-dimensional key knowledge ability,and several hierarchical structures of literacy.Finally,the development path of the editorial team that adapts to the digital transformation of publishing was explored.It involves in systematically designing training course resources,building an intelligent continuing education and training platform,enriching training modes for editors and solving their contradiction between work and training,etc.
