The Endogenous Path of Micro-Community Governance Community Construction:The Translation Strategy of Resident Elites
Micro-community is more conducive to residents'participation in autonomy due to their geo-graphical connectivity,interest relevance and moderate scale.Micro-community is the best spatial carrier for the construction of grassroots governance community.The micro-community governance community is the most representative form of community that embodies the meaning of social governance community.The formation process of micro-community governance community is a highly fragmented governance action network formed by owners around solving public issues such as property services,community management and autonomy in the community,which involves mutual assistance,mutual benefit and cooperation.Its essence is the dynamic pro-cess of heterogeneous actors in the community moving from dispersion to collaboration.Research content:This paper uses the analytical framework of translation theory to analyze the role path of resident elites in the construction of community governance community.The research shows that resident elites promote the forma-tion of micro-community governance actor network through the translation strategies of problem structuring,in-terest definition of relevant subjects,multiple recruitment methods,network maintenance and reproduction.The interest connection,emotion circulation and value cohesion are the internal logic of the construction of micro-community governance community.The micro-community governance community makes the content of grass-roots social governance concrete and life-oriented,which not only meets the residents'endogenous governance needs,but also helps to improve the effectiveness of social governance.The micro-community governance model based on subject action network connection has to some extent changed the passive situation of resident actors participating in community governance at the grassroots level,which is conducive to activating the en-dogenous vitality of grassroots governance and enabling national resources and market mechanisms to better serve grassroots governance practices.
