How to Activate Farmers'Subjectivity in Resource Scarce Type Rural Areas?:Based on"Value-Institution-Organization"Analytical Framework
Activating the subjectivity of farmers is the key to realize rural revitalization.However,there are some problems in resource scarce type rural areas,such as the difficult application of external"blood trans-fusion"mode and the limited play of endogenous"hematopoietic"function.Based on the rural production mode and living reality,L village of C city in Guangxi focus on the interactive relationship between farmers and external entities,takes the activation of farmers'subjectivity as the core,and identifies and cultivates en-dogenous driving forces for rural development.It helps to solve the development dilemma of long-term short-age of external resources and insufficient internal resources,and solidly promotes the construction of livable,business friendly and beautiful countryside.In the selection of activation paths,we should awaken rural value identity through value guidance,inject power sources through institutional incentives,and provide support carri-ers through organizational promotion,and effectively and continuously activate farmers'enthusiasm,initiative and creativity from the levels of consciousness,motivation and action.In the micro implementation mechanism of path selection,we should comprehensively activate the dormant governance resources in rural areas,promote organic two-way interaction between external entities and farmers,promote the gradual transformation of farm-ers from"outsiders"to"insiders"in rural construction,and promote the full"activation"of farmers'subjectiv-ity,so that the endogenous capacity of rural sustainable development can be effectively stimulated.
