热消融联合不同方法治疗肝细胞癌的研究进展

摘要
肝细胞癌(HCC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一.无论是切除还是移植,手术都是根治性的治疗方法,然而只有不到20％的患者最终成为候选者.热消融技术已被公认为手术不可切除的肝细胞癌患者的治疗方式,包括射频消融(RFA)和微波消融(MWA).近年来,出现了许多联合应用的方式来提高疗效.本文就热消融技术联合不同方法治疗肝细胞癌的现状进行综述.
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. Surgery,whether resection or trans-plant is a radical treatment,yet fewer than 20 percent of patients end up as candidates. Thermal ablation techniques,including radiofre-quential ablation(RFA) and microwave ablation(MWA),have been recognized as a therapeutic approach for patients with surgically unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. In recent years,a number of combinations have emerged. Thus,the current status of thermal abla-tion combined with different methods in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma was reviewed.
