Research on the Training Mechanism of Editorial and Publishing Talents in the New Era Based on the Theory of Complex Adaptive System
The article comprehensively examines the various agents and their external environments in the training of editorial and publishing talents,and explores the training mechanism of editorial and publishing talents in the new era.The theory of Complex Adaptive System is introduced,the various agents within the system are clarified,and the adaptability of the agents at the micro level and the interaction of the multiple agents at the macro level are sorted out.Following the various system levels of core agents,other multiple agents,agents and agents,and agents and their external environments,based on the clear status of editorial and publishing talents,a multi-agent joint training mechanism of editorial and publishing talents is proposed in the new era,which involves the collaboration of the government,universities,publishing units,and industry associations.It is pointed out that editorial and publishing talents and their personal development should be respected,the vitality of the agents should be stimulated to release new kinetic energy,the interaction between the agents should be promoted to achieve the overall emergence,and diversified editorial and publishing talents should be expected with diversified talent training,so as to help the high-quality development of the publishing industry.
