从知识管理的视角,分析探讨编辑实践性知识的增长策略,以推动编辑专业化成长.文章结合出版工作实践,指出编辑实践性知识是编辑专业发展的知识基础,具有个体属性和社会属性双重特征.提出编辑实践性知识管理策略,即在个体—组织的互动中,基于社会化、外显化、组合化、内在化的知识转化模式,构建创始场、对话场、整合场、练习场,推动个体隐性实践性知识与外显组织知识之间相互转化,实现实践性知识供需之间的精准匹配,提升出版单位管理效能.
Strategies for the Growth of Practical Knowledge of Editors from the Perspective of Knowledge Management
From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper analyzes and explores the growth strategies of practical knowledge in order to promote the professional growth of editors.Based on the publishing work practice,this paper points out that the practical knowledge of editors is the knowledge foundation for the development of editing profession with dual characteristics of individual and social attributes.This paper proposes a practical knowledge management strategy for editors:based on the socialization,externalization,combination,and internalization of knowledge transformation models in the interaction between individuals and organizations,constructing the starting field,dialogue field,integration field,and practice field to promote the mutual transformation between the individual implicit practical knowledge and the explicit organizational knowledge so as to achieve the precise matching between practical knowledge supply and demand and improve the management efficiency of publishing units.
