This study aims to explore the achievements and shortcomings of the board of directors system of the Commercial Press,providing reference and inspiration for the construction of contemporary publishing enterprise systems.The article examines the establishment and operation mechanism of the board of directors of the Commercial Press,sorts out information on the directors,board of directors,its system,and the chairman of the board of directors,and points out that the board of directors of the Commercial Press,as an important part of its modern corporate system,has played an important role in the development of the Commercial Press.The article proposes that the Commercial Press,as an explorer,its operation and development confirm the rationality and applicability of its system;As a trial and error maker,its board of directors and management team intersect too much,the chairman of the board of directors is basically not dedicated,and the power of the board of directors and the management team is difficult to balance,providing reference and inspiration for contemporary publishing enterprises to explore and innovate in institutional construction.
