Study on the Copyright Resources in the Official Protection System of Ancient Editions in China
In order to eliminate the narrow prejudice against China's ancient copyright culture at home and abroad and explain Chinese culture,this paper explores the local copyright resources from the perspective of the official protection system of ancient editions in China.Sorting out the subjects and protection methods of the official protection of ancient editions,it is found that it objectively gave birth to the historical prototype of the rules of legal persons'works,spawned the prototype of the concept of separating the personal rights of copyright from property rights,and created the market prototype of copyright value generation.It is proposed that the official protection system of ancient editions in China should be viewed dialectically so as to provide important historical reference for the distribution rules of the exclusive publishing rights of unified textbooks and standard works in China.
