A Review of Innovative Evaluation Methods for Academic Papers

摘要
对学术论文创新性评价方法的相关研究文献进行梳理分类,总结现有评价方法存在的不足,展望未来研究趋势.文章针对学术论文影响力评价和创新性评价的不同进行了分析,指出两种评价方式的区别和侧重点.依据评价所采用的技术和数据的不同将创新性评价方法分为三类,分别是基于同行评议的方法、基于引文指标的方法和基于内容指标的方法,并对每种方法的原理和相关研究进行综述,在此基础上总结分析当前学术论文创新性评价方法存在的不足,提出未来的研究方向.
Abstract
This paper sorts out and classifies the research literature on innovative evaluation methods for academic papers,summarizes the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods,and looks forward to the future research trends.In addition,this paper analyzes the differences between the impact evaluation and the innovation evaluation of academic papers,and points out the differences and emphases of the two evaluation methods.According to the different technologies and data used in the evaluation,the innovative evaluation methods are divided into three categories,namely,the method based on peer review,the method based on citation indicators and the method based on content indicators,and the principles and related studies of each method are reviewed.On this basis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of the current innovative evaluation methods for academic papers,and proposes future research directions.
