Resource Management and Maintenance of Reviewers for English Academic Journals——Taking Global Health Research and Policy as An Example
This article aims to explore the resource management and maintenance of reviewers for English academic journals, to improve academic journals' peer review efficiency in better serving journals' academic quality control. Based on the work practice in the international English academic journal Global Health Research and Policy and according to the focus differences at the journal's different development stages, supplemented by the dynamic indicator data analysis, the article summarizes several strategies for expanding the reviewer resources that comply with the development laws of the journal. The aim is to provide reference for establishing the stable and effective cooperation and interaction between the editors and reviewers of English academic journals in China.
