The Social Responsibility System of Publishing Corporates:Concept Refinement,Theoretical Evolution,and Core Themes
The article explores the composition of the social responsibility system of publishing corporates,helping to build a modern enterprise system with cultural characteristics and promote the high-quality development of the publishing industry.The paper sorts out the concept of the social responsibilities of publishing enterprises,analyzes the significance of building a social responsibility system for publishing enterprises,outlines the evolution of research theories on the social responsibilities of publishing enterprises after the transformation and restructuring of the enterprises,and summarizes the research results obtained in the"transformation and restructuring"stage and the"corporate reform"stage.The research also builds a social responsibility system for publishing enterprises based on eight core themes:organizational governance,fair operation,cultural creation production and services,employee rights and interests,consumer issues,resource conservation and environmental protection,community participation and development,and cultural and social influence.It provides theoretical reference for building a sustainable publishing industry ecosystem and promoting the high-quality development of the publishing industry.
