科技期刊与预印本平台协同融合发展的路径探索——基于预印本平台medRxiv的发展态势分析

摘要
通过剖析典型预印本平台的现状和特征,探索科技期刊与预印本平台协同融合发展的可行性路径,以期推动我国科技期刊的高质量发展.文章以预印本平台medRxiv为研究对象,采用对比分析法、多维度评价法和案例分析法进行数据统计分析.研究发现medRxiv平台具有发文机构影响力高、论文下载量持续增长、科研成果快速发表、开放评论与即时交流、发文量快速增长等优势.结合分析结果,进一步提出科技期刊与预印本平台协同发展的具体策略,包括:定期访问预印本平台,筛选高关注度论文和优质作者进行单篇约稿;重视基金项目研究成果,检索高质量论文进行定向约稿;遴选特定主题,开展专题约稿;建立"X2J"合作模式;建立期刊论文与预印本论文的关联,提高文献被检索率;出台政策支持,促进科技期刊与预印本平台协同发展.
Abstract
This article explores the feasibility path of collaborative and integrated development between scientific journals and preprint platforms by analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the typical preprint platforms,in order to promote the high-quality development of scientific journals in China.The paper takes the representative preprint platform medRxiv as the research object,and uses the comparative analysis,multidimensional evaluation,and case study methods for the data statistical analysis.Research has found that the medRxiv platform has advantages such as high influence of publishing institutions,continuous growth in paper downloads,rapid publication of scientific research results,open comments and instant communication,and rapid growth in online publishing.Based on the analysis results,further specific strategies for the coordinated development of scientific journals and preprint platforms are proposed,including regularly visiting the preprint platforms and screening the high-attention papers and high-quality authors for invitation to contribute;paying attention to the research results of the funded projects,and searching for the high-quality papers for the targeted invitation to contribute;selecting the specific themes and conducting the special topic submissions;establishing the"X2J"cooperation model;establishing the association between journal articles and preprint papers to improve the retrieval rate of literature;introducing the policy support to promote the collaborative and integrated development of scientific journals and preprint platforms.
