Analysis of the Influence Development Status of English Sci-Tech Journals Hosted by China in the Pharmaceutical Field
The present article studies the current influence and publishing status of English sci-tech journals hosted by China in the pharmaceutical field,in order to improve the ability and level of publishing and promote the international influence and discourse power of Chinese pharmacy discipline.The article conducts the data collection and analysis of the domestic and international influence of English sci-tech journals hosted by china in the pharmaceutical field,and also conducts the research and analysis on their editorial board composition,open access(OA)publishing modes,and journal project funding.Comparing the relevant indicators of internationally renowned journals,it is found that there are vulnerabilities in the English sci-tech journals hosted by China in the pharmaceutical field,such as the mismatch between the number of journals and the development of the discipline,the low publication volume,and the need to improve the academic influence and internationalization level.Furthermore,it is proposed to actively establish new journals targeting the disciplinary gaps and interdisciplinary fields,create the cluster development platforms for the journals of these domains,increase the volume of published articles,leverage the influence of international editorial boards,and strive for the journal project funding,in order to continuously enhance the journals'influence and build international first-class sci-tech journals.
