This article explores the systematic construction of continuing education training for editors,in order to enhance the quality and level of continuing education services,thereby providing a talent guarantee for achieving the high-quality development in publishing.The article focuses on how to accurately identify the contents and needs of continuing education,proposing the integration of such education into the systems of national administration,the publishing entities,and the personal development of editors.It elaborates on the knowledge flow during training from aspects such as the knowledge content,the transmitters and receivers of knowledge,and the scenarios and channels of knowledge dissemination,suggesting the establishment of effective connections between instructors and trainees.Based on an analysis of training outcomes,it proposes specific methods including assessment of training,review of knowledge,and application of tools to facilitate the transformation and implementation of knowledge impartation and learning.On this foundation,by reinforcing feedback and evaluation,it aims to form a closed-loop management system for continuing education training,so as to continuously improve the training standards and support the cultivation of editorial talents.
