摘要

新质生产力与中国式教育现代化是辩证统一的整体.以发展先进生产力赋能传统教育向现代化跃迁,并提出新机遇、新挑战、新要求.以教育、科技、人才有机统一为核心要素,在现代化进程中发挥着助推、助力、助益的积极作用.高校作为发展新质生产力的先行地和推动中国式教育现代化的试验区,应深入探索转变高校教育理念、提升教师队伍建设、完善人才培养机制的有效路径.

Abstract

The new quality productive forces and the modernization of Chinese-style education are dialectical and unified.Traditional education empowered to move towards modernization by the development of advanced produc-tive forces proposes new opportunities,challenges and requirements.The core elements with the organic combina-tion of education,technology and talents play a positive role in promoting,assisting and benefiting in the process of modernization.As a pioneer place for developing new productive forces and a pilot zone for promoting the moderni-zation of Chinese-style education,universities should explore effective paths to transform their educational con-cepts,enhance the construction of their teaching staff and improve their talents cultivation mechanism.
