Under the background of population aging,the construction of"property+pension"service in Hei-longjiang Province has fallen into the dilemmas,such as the limited coordination between the government and the community,insufficient supply capacity of property services and low acceptance of owners to participate in pension service.In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of"property+pension"service system in Hei-longjiang Province,based on the research perspective of social support theory,this paper considers that"property+pension"service should complement each other under"formal"and"informal"social support networks,and form a new pattern of diversified services guided by the needs of the elderly,led by government forces and coordinated by social forces.
