An analysis is conducted by using the provincial panel data of 30 provinces in mainland China from 2011 to 2022.Through spatial Durbin model,the study finds out that digital finance can positively promote the de-velopment of economic resilience,and can affect the economic resilience of surrounding areas through spatial spillo-ver effect.The increase in the depth and digitization of usage can enhance the resilience of economies,but the breadth of coverage has a negative impact on economic resilience.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital finance has the greatest impact on economic resilience in the central region,followed by the eastern region,and then by the western region,while the northeast region shows a negative impact.
