From Mourning to Enlightenment:A Study on Propaganda Strategies of Leninism in The Guide Weekly
Since 1924,The Guide Weekly has published a series of articles related to Lenin,not only commemora-ting Lenin but also propagandizing Leninism,which could be divided into three stages:the enlightenment period,the concrete period and the deepening period from contents and forms.From the confirmation and expression of Len-inism and the October Revolution to the emotional resonance of the masses,and then to the reproduction of revolu-tionary experience and propaganda discourse,the propaganda contents gradually transition from shallow meaning to deep meaning,mostly expressing emotions and theories in popular language.During the Great Revolution,it played a positive role in enlightening the people and inspiring them,it made an important contribution to the spread of Leninism in China,and it provided a valuable historical mirror for contemporary ideological and cultural work.
