大学生坚韧性人格与学校适应的相关研究

目的::探讨大学生坚韧性人格与学校适应的关系。方法:采用《大学生坚韧性人格量表》和《中国大学生适应量表》对256名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)大学生学校适应在生源地上的差异存在显著性;(2)大学生学校适应在性别、年级上的差异不存在显著性;(3)大学生坚韧性人格与学校适应相关显著;(4)大学生坚韧性人格对学校适应具有预测作用。
The related research on hardiness and school adjustment in college students
Objective:To investigate the relationship between hardiness and school adjustment in college students. Methods:A sample of 256 undergraduate students was evaluated with Hardiness Scale and China College Adjust-ment Scale. Results:(1)There were significant differences on origin of student in school adjustment. (2)No signifi-cant sex difference or grade difference was found on the school adjustment. (3)The students hardiness was significantly correlated with school adaptation. (4)The students hardiness hardiness have prediction effect on school adaptation.
