The High-quality Development of Revolutionary Old Areas:Performance Evaluation,Practical Dilemma and Practice Path——A Case Study of the Former Central Soviet Region of Gannan Region in China
This paper evaluates the performance of the revitalization of the development of the former central Soviet area of Gannan region in China from the perspectives of economic development performance,people's living well-being,ecological civilization construction,infrastructure construction,industrial development,and reform and o-pening up,and finds that the current development problems and dilemmas in the former central Soviet areas such as Gannan region are still low in development level,insufficient financial support for development,weak talent support for development,and insufficient momentum for reform and innovation in development,so as to summarize the bas-ic requirements,principles and positioning of the new round of promoting the high-quality development of the for-mer central Soviet areas in Gannan area,and its practical path.
