以地质类创新应用型人才培养为切入点,以长春工程学院资源勘查工程专业工程认证为契机,积极探索与实践OBE工程教育的新模式,围绕人才培养目标、课程体系调整与优化、"统筹整合、分层建设"的实践教学体系、评价机制创新等方面进行深入探讨,构建了教学质量跟踪评价、"产出导向"的评价体系和专业持续改进机制,为地质类专业创新应用型人才培养模式提供了支撑体系.
The Research on Training Model of Innovative Applied Talents in Geology Based on OBE Concept
This article takes the cultivation of innovative and application-oriented talents in geology as the starting point.Taking advantage of the engineering certification of the Resource Exploration Engineering major in Chang-chun University of Engineering,it actively explores and practices a new model of OBE engineering education,focu-sing on talent training goals,curriculum system adjustment and optimization,practical teaching system of"overall integration and hierarchical construction",and innovative evaluation mechanisms.It constructs a teaching quality tracking evaluation system,"output oriented"evaluation system and the continuous improvement mechanism of the profession,which provide a support system for the innovative and applied talent training mode for geological majors.
