"三全育人"指"全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人",这一理念是中国特色社会主义教育思想的时代反映.论述其为外语课程思政提供实践指向、保障外语人才价值观塑造、实现外语能力与文化自信的逻辑统一.指明"三全育人"理念为高校外语教育思政建设提供了重要理论框架,外语教育通过形成"全员育人"长效机制、构筑"全程育人"闭环、调动"全方位育人"资源,有力保障外语思政建设成效,培养新时代外语人才.
Value Implication and Implementation Path of The Integration of"Three-comprehensive Education"and Ideological and Political Construction of Foreign Language Education
"Three-comprehensive Education"means the whole staff education,the whole process of education and all-round education.It reflects era spirit of educational thoughts with Chinese characteristics.It helps to sup-ply practical direction for ideological and political construction of foreign language education,ensure the building of values of foreign talents,and achieve the logical unity of foreign language skills and cultural self-confidence."Three-comprehensive Education"concept provides an important theoretical framework for the ideological and po-litical construction of foreign language education.Through the formation of a long-term mechanism for"all-round education",the construction of a"whole-process education"closed loop,and the mobilization of"all-round education"resources,which can effectively guarantee the effectiveness of ideological and political construc-tion in foreign languages education,and cultivate foreign talents of new era.
