中文摘要：教育、科技、人才一体化发展对我国高等教育人才培养提出了新的使命与要求.基于我校BIM技术产业学院建设实践经验,坚持育人为本、产业为要、产教融合、科教融合、创新发展,打造融合人才培养、技术创新、科学研究、技能培训、服务社会五位一体的创新型人才培养模式,培养符合新兴产业需求的高素质应用型数字建造人才,推进建筑业转型升级.

外文摘要：The integrated development of education,technology,and talent has put forward new missions and re-quirements for talent cultivation in higher education in China.Based on the practical experience in the construction of BIM Technology Industry College in Changchun Institute of Technology,it is to adhere to the five in one innova-tive talent training model of education oriented,industry oriented,industry education integration,science education integration,and innovative development.The aim is to create an innovative talent training model that integrates tal-ent cultivation,technological innovation,scientific research,skill training,and serving society,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
