Under the promotion of global economic integration,China's cross-border enterprises have achieved good development.In order to promote more domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the problem of financing difficulties,it is necessary to continuously promote the development of supply chain finance.This paper expounds the supply chain finance in improving enterprise competitiveness,analyzes the opportunities and challen-ges of cross-border supply chain finance in China,from the perspective of supply chain finance system construc-tion,innovation framework of supply chain finance financing mode,promotion of the depth fusion of information technology,strengthening the construction of risk management and credit system,strengthening the professional tal-ent training,etc.,discusses the cross-border supply chain finance development strategy,aiming to promote the large-scale development of industry in our country.
