The Measurement Evaluation and Contribution Identification of the Integrated Development of"Four Chains"in Anhui Province
The integration of"four chains"has always been a distinctive strategy for Anhui Province to accelerate the construction of a"source of technological innovation"with important influence.At present,Anhui Province has initially formed an innovative ecosystem of"four chains in one",but there is still room for optimization and im-provement in its deep integration development.The article uses entropy method,coupling coordination degree,and grey correlation degree to measure,evaluate,and identify the development level and integrated development trend of"four chains"in Anhui Province,as well as the contribution of"two chains"and"three chains"to the overall"four chains".The results show that from 2009 to 2022,the development level of"four chains"in Anhui Province showed a stable growth trend;the coupling coordination type has transitioned from severe imbalance to high-quali-ty coordination,and the integration of"four chains"has entered a trend of coordinated development and positive interaction;the coupling coordination between the funding chain and talent chain,as well as the coupling coordina-tion between the innovation chain,funding chain,and talent chain,have the highest contribution to the overall in-tegrated development of"four chains"in Anhui Province.In view of this,to propose countermeasures and sugges-tions to promote the deep integration of"four chains"in Anhui Province,in order to promote high-quality eco-nomic development in Anhui Province.
