The Reflection and Exploration on the"Applied"Teaching Model of Organic Chemistry in Modern Industry College
Modern Industry College is a form of education that combines the characteristics and advantages of local industry and deep cooperation with higher education institutions.It is an important measure for local undergraduate universities to move towards applied undergraduate universities.Taking Organic Chemistry of Fragrance and Es-sence Technology and Engineering Major of Fragrance and Essence Modern Industry College of Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example,the curriculum implementation idea of"one center,one concept,one certification,two tutors,and three scenarios"has been constructed.Through some measures such as refining teaching mode,in-troducing curriculum ideology,optimizing assessment method,it is to achieve the"application-oriented"teaching mode of Organic Chemistry,and lay a foundation for cultivating applied talents in the Modern Industrial College.
