针对材料与化工(材料类)专业学位硕士研究生在人才培养方面存在的问题,研究了在新工科背景下,如何培养高素质、复合型、应用型人才的相关策略.提出了从明确学生培养过程管理、论证改革人才培养方案、优化实践环节考核体系、加强专业实践基地建设等策略进行改革,以期提升材料与化工(材料类)专业学位硕士研究生培养质量和实践创新能力.
The Research and Reform on Training Model of Professional Master Degree in Materials and Chemical Engineering under the Background of New Engineering
In view of the problems existing in the talent training of the master degree in materials and chemical en-gineering,this paper studies the relevant strategies on how to train high-quality composite and applied talents un-der the background of new engineering.It proposes strategies for reform,including clarifying the management of student training processes,discussing and reforming talent training programs,optimizing the assessment system for practical activities,and strengthening the construction of professional practice bases,in order to enhance the quality of training and practical innovation capabilities for master degree students in Materials and Chemical Engineering(Materials).
