针对地方应用型本科院校工业工程专业《基础工业工程》课程教学中的四个痛点问题(课程重要性认知不足、案例分析难度高、实验教学配合度低、课堂互动性低),提出"双渠道"+"双模式"的混合教学方法,并从教学资源建设、教学设计和实验教学三个方面,对该教学方法的实现路径进行设计;最后,构建多元化课程评价体系,检验混合教学方法的实施效果.评价结果显示:提出的混合教学方法能够促使学生更加扎实、系统地掌握基础IE知识体系,培养强劲的专业技能和知识与迁移能力,同时,增强专业的认同感和自信度,初步形成一定的职业素养和团队合作意识.
In response to four key issues(insufficient recognition of the course importance,high difficulty in case a-nalysis,low coordination in experimental teaching,and low classroom interactivity)in the teaching of Fundamental and Industrial Engineering for the Industrial Engineering major in local applied undergraduate colleges,a"dual-channel"and"dual-mode"blended teaching method is proposed,and then corresponding implementation approa-ches are designed from three aspects:construction of teaching resources,teaching design,and experimental teach-ing.Finally,a diversified course evaluation system is constructed to test the effectiveness of the blended teaching method.The results show that the proposed blended teaching method can enable students to more solidly and sys-tematically master the knowledge,cultivate strong professional skills and knowledge and capability transfer ability,while also enhancing the sense of professional identity and confidence,and preliminary forming certain professional literacy and team cooperation awareness.
