The digital age has brought new opportunities and challenges to university libraries,and the vigorous de-velopment of digital technology has posed a series of development bottlenecks for individualization services in educa-tion and teaching.This article introduces the content of digital empowerment of individualization services for educa-tion and teaching,explores the improvement of individualization services for digital empowerment of university li-brary services for education and teaching,and constructs an individualization service system for digital empower-ment of university library services for education and teaching.
