Experimental Study on Compressive Performance of Basalt Machine-Made Sand Concrete and Proportioning Optimization
In response to the actual situation that the tunnel debris in Section 2 of the expressway project from Yangliu to Xuanwei,Yunnan province,is basalt, the compressive strength is used as the evaluation in-dex,and the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the proportioning of basalt machine-made sand con-crete.The optimal proportioning of replacing the natural sand by basalt is determined, and the results show that the compressive strength of the concrete after 28 days of curing is 59.9 MPa,which meets the require-ments of C50 concrete, when the water cement ratio is 0.35,the fly ash content is 5%,the steel slag con-tent is 10%,the replacement rate of machine-made sand is 50%,and the sand rate is 43%.By effectively controlling the proportioning of each admixture, the optimal mechanical and working performance of con-crete can be ensured, providing necessary references for similar engineering construction.
