双效膨胀剂在超长连续无缝混凝土施工中的应用

以福建某超长无缝地下室工程为背景,对超长连续无缝混凝土结构施工技术进行研究,从微观视角对混凝土裂缝产生机理进行阐述,摒弃单一性能的混凝土膨胀剂,通过改进混凝土施工配合比,试配补偿收缩混凝土的方法,同时结合实际工程结构特点,分析合理布置监测点对地下室底板与侧墙的温度及微应变的影响,并进行实时健康监测;探究Ⅱ型硫铝酸钙-氧化镁类双效膨胀剂在超长连续无缝混凝土施工中的作用效果.研究结果表明,混凝土抗裂性能和力学性能均满足实际工程需要,在前期设计阶段,应适当提高混凝土底板中部加强带的膨胀性能等级,以确保补偿收缩混凝土具有良好的抗裂效果.
The Application of Double Expansive Agent in the Construction of Ultra Long Continuous Seamless Concrete
Taking a certain ultra long seamless basement project in Fujian as the background,it studies the construction technology of ultra long continuous seamless concrete structures,elaborates on the mechanism of concrete cracks from a micro perspective,abandons single performance concrete expansion agents,im-proves the concrete construction mix proportion,and uses the method of trial mixing and compensating shrinkage concrete.It is combined with the actual engineering structural characteristics at the same time,analyzes the impact of reasonable arrangement of monitoring points on the temperature and micro strain of the basement floor and side walls,conducts real-time health monitoring,and explores the effect of type Ⅱ calcium sulfoaluminate magnesium oxide dual effect expansion agent in the construction of ultra long con-tinuous seamless concrete.The results are indicated that the crack resistance and mechanical properties of concrete meet the practical engineering needs.In the early design,the expansion performance level of the middle reinforcement strip of the concrete bottom plate should be appropriately increased to ensure that the compensating shrinkage concrete has a good crack resistance effect.
