Research on Demand Side Response Charging Strategy for Electric Vehicles Based on Time of Electricity Tariff
Time of electricity tariffs strategy is one of the effective methods for demand side management in the current power system.Implementing time of electricity tariffs can effectively suppress the fluctuation of the distribution network load curve,thereby improving the reliability of the distribution network opera-tion.Propose a user response model based on the electricity price elasticity matrix,based on the real daily load data of four typical days in Hefei,including spring,summer,autumn,and winter.With the optimiza-tion goal of "peak shaving and valley filling" in the load curve,establish a time of electricity tariffs optimi-zation model that can more fully reflect the changes in urban power grid load,and develop a daily time of e-lectricity tariffs system that is oriented towards user demand side response.Based on the incentive effect of the optimal time of electricity tariffs in the regional electricity market on electric vehicle users,a demand side market mechanism based on charging strategy for electric vehicles in the regional power grid is pro-posed,providing reference for the large-scale orderly integration of electric vehicles and the reliable opera-tion of the distribution network.
