轨道车辆动力学性能评价软件开发研究

针对目前车辆仿真/测试数据量大,人工分析、处理容易出现错误等问题,开发了基于MATLAB的车辆动力学性能评价的软件.软件可以调用Simpack自动完成车辆建模与仿真,再根据GB/T 5599—2019自动化完成数据分析与评价,生成车辆性能评价报告.最后通过某动车组数据对软件功能进行了验证,实现了快速建模、自动仿真及快速生成分析评价报告,证明了该软件的高效性.
Research on the Development of Dynamic Performance Evaluation Software for Rail Vehicles
Aiming at the issues,such as large amounts of vehicle simulation/testing data and errors that is easy to make in manual analysis and processing at present,a software based on MATLAB for evaluating vehicle dynamics performance is developed to address.The software can call SIMPACK to automatically complete vehicle modeling and simulation,and then finish the data analysis and evaluation according to GB/T 5599—2019,generating the vehicle performance evaluation reports.Finally,the software functional-ity is validated using data from one high-speed EMU,achieving fast modeling,automatic simulation,and fast generation of analysis and evaluation reports,demonstrating the efficiency of the software.
